While technology can be amazing in so many ways, probably its biggest weakness is that as a communication tool it can be perceived as cold and impersonal.  Plus once you factor in the anonymous nature of the Internet perceived invincibility it provides and the ability to post and distribute negative experiences and it can have a crippling effect on your real estate business if not done right.  In this section, we will explore the all-important etiquette side of technology communication.
