Gmail Based CRMs
As detailed in many other videos in the CRM Section of RETI, a CRM is one of the if not the most important tool a real estate professional has to make as it runs almost every aspect of their business from documentation, file storage, communication, follow up, marketing and more. And this is a big reason we build out the CRM Generator to try and help you figure out which vendor is the best fit for your CRM needs. Most CRMS are either tied to website providers or from external vendors which means you often how to access them separately and duplicate efforts to make notes for things that may have occurred in an email or on your calendars. Well, there are several CRMs that can be installed right into a Gmail or GSuite account which means it is integrated with your email, contacts, calendars, etc. which really helps you save time and not having to re-enter the same info twice.
